Click on the Support Center button in Your SOFTWARE's Tool Bar to open a work page containing a number of links to educational resources such as on-line training and the Your SOFTWARE Knowledge Base, user account details, news about upgrades and new releases as well as links to email connections directly to Your SOFTWARE customer support.
The following resources are available:
Rollover the Online Training button to open a small description box to the right.
Single left mouse click on either the button, the description box, or the box's Click to Begin button to open the Online Training Course Menu work page.
Select a course from the menu and a separate browser window will open. Make sure that your speakers are switched on and then click the graphic to begin the Training Session.
The training modules are presented in state-of-the-art Flash format and use the browser's Shockwave Player to present the training.
When you have completed a training module, simply close its browser window and select another module, or use the following link to return to the Support Center Home page:

Rollover the Knowledge Base button to open a text box containing a concise description.
Single left mouse click on either the button, the description box, or the box's Click to Begin button to open a separate browser displaying the Knowledge Base home page hosted on Your Software's website.
It has a Table of Contents from which to select articles.
The articles can be displayed in the window on the right.
Articles can be printed, or downloaded and saved in their native .html or .pdf format.
As the Knowledge Base is running in a separate browser window, it can be left running independently of Your SOFTWARE, or closed without affecting the current Software session.
Depending on your browser type, fire-wall security settings and other internet connection variables, users may have to designate a particular Client Type.
Three types are available: Java Client, Unified Client, and HTML Client
Unified Client is the default and should work properly for most user's installations.
Rollover the Email Support button to open a small description box to the right.
Single left mouse click on either the button, the description box, or the box's Click to Begin button to open your local PC's default Email application will open.
For example, if Microsoft Outlook is your default Email application, clicking the Email Support button will open Outlook, create a new email and automatically populate the To.. field with the address populated and the Subject: field with the words Customer Support.
You can add to or alter the Subject: and type in the message and click Send as with any other normal email.
Rollover the Upgrades & Release Notes button to open a small description box to the right.
Single left mouse click on either the button, the description box, or the box's Click to Begin button to open the Upgrades & Release Notes work page.
Links to each of Your SOFTWARE version's Release Notes will be listed in order of most recent to oldest.
Click on a link to open the selected Release Note is a separate browser window.
The Release Note can be read in the window, or printed using the convenient Print This Page button on the top right corner of the note.
At the bottom of the work page can be found a link to the download site for the latest version of Your SOFTWARE.
Recommended steps for installing the Your SOFTWARE upgrade are detailed immediately below the download link.
Rollover the Client Details button to open a small description box to the right.
Single left mouse click on either the button, the description box, or the box's Click to Begin button to open the Client Details work page.
Required Fields are indicated by a dark blue bar in front of the text box label.
After entering new and required data, click the update details button to submit the changes to the HUBB database.
While your details are being updated, the Client Details work page will become disabled (grayed out) and a progress indicator will display showing that the update is taking place.
The Data Subscription button contains an indicator showing the status of your subscription.
A green check indicates the subscription is current, a red
indicates that it has expired.
If the subscription is current, the amount of time remaining will be displayed in the text under the button's label.
Rollover the Data Subscription button to open a small description box to the right. It will contain a small calendar indicating approximately how long your subscription has to run, as well as the exact number of days in text below it:

When the expiry date approaches, a Renewal Notice will be generated for your account.
