Your SOFTWARE automatically logs certain activity relating to data downloads, distribution and errors. These are written to three individual logs:
Open the View menu, then select Logs to display the submenu. Choose a Log to view from the submenu.
Each of these contain relevant information about the most recent updates.
Click on each Log File above for more information.
There are 5 main functions for each Log Window:
Zooms into the currently selected Log Entry.
The Log Entry Details contains details of a specific Log Entry.
It displays the Date and Time that the entry was placed in the log, as well as a full description.
Prints the log contents for the selected day or group.
It uses the standard printing functionality.
For enhanced technical analysis and support, users can email the contents of the logs to support.
If you cannot determine the cause of the problem, click Email to send a report to HUBB support:
You will be prompted to provide your current return email address (it will be already populated if you have used this facility previously):
Click OK to send the email.
The email will include all the details which appear in the Error Log for the selected day/group as well as details about your connection, software version and data account. The information supplied should give HUBB technical support enough information to solve your problem.
When the email has been successfully sent the following message will appear:
Click OK to close the dialog.

Closes the current log window.
The Download Log contains a sequential record of the latest download, including connection and disconnection details.
They are arranged in daily groups.
Select the day from the column on left and all the log details for that day will appear in the middle panel.
The middle panel contains the logged process events.
Details include each process instances' date, time and short description.
Select an individual log item from the center panel and click the Details button to view it in full.
You can print out one daily group at a time or Email it's contents to HUBB Technical Support.
The Distribution Log contains a list of all the files that were used to update your local databases, including details regarding the databases that were updated.
They are arranged in daily groups.
Select the day from the column on left and all the log details for that day will appear in the middle frame.
The middle panel contains the log events details including their date, time and short description.
Select an individual log item from the center panel and click the Details button to view it in full.
You can print out one daily group at a time or Email it's contents to HUBB Technical Support.
The Error Log contains a listing of any errors that occurred during the Download and Distribution/Update process.
If an error occurs, you may be prompted to view the Error Log:
Click Yes and the Error Log dialog box will display:
