Error Connecting to Download Server

Overview

Whilst attempting to run an update manager within the Hubb Software you may receive an error message such as the below:

Error Connecting to Download Server, "Null Remote Address"

Error Connecting to Download Server, "Host Lookup Timed out"

Error Connecting to Download Server, "10061: Connection Refused"

Symptoms

Upon receiving this error message your update manager process will terminate and you will be taken back to a chart.

The data for the current day may not be updated on the chart and any successive attemptes to run the udpate manager will fail.

Resolution

 

This error message indicates that the Hubb servers are currently either experiencing a large amount of traffic or are currently down for maintenance.

Please try again in an hour and if you are still unable to run an update manager you may send an email to info@hubb.com detailing the error message that you are experiencing.
