## Fundamental Indicators Group

Your SOFTWARE's **Fundamental** indicators are produced using fundamental data supplied by the exchanges.

The data is then used in a mathematical equation to produce a meaningful ratio.

Sometimes the equation uses only fundamental data, some indicators mix fundamental data with price data, and some indicators are the result of calculations using fundamental or price data together with the result of another indicator's calculation.

For example, for the **Debt to Assets** indicator the algorithm is as follows:

#### Fundamental Indicator Types

The thirty fundamental indicators in *ValueGain* are in two broad groupings:

Fundamental indicators that use financial data from the **Annual Reports** are referred to as Annual Fundamental Indicators.

Other fundamental indicators are more price dependent and use both financial data from **Annual Reports**, together with the stock's daily closing price in their calculations. These are referred to as Daily Fundamental Indicators.
